There is very strong evidence supporting the Big Bang theory.
The expansion of the universe is one of them and the most significant proof of this is the moving away of the galaxies and the heavenly bodies from each other.
(Surat adh-Dhariyat, 47) Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before We clove them asunder, and We made from water every living thing. (Surat al-Anbiya, 30) The original word “ratk”, which is translated as “joined together” in the verse, means “anything close, solid, impervious, united together in a solid mass” according to Arabic dictionaries.
Now, let us once again look at the verse which refers to a state in which the heavens and the earth are in a state of “ratk”.
Then, these two are meant to have been cloven asunder in the sense of the verb of “fatk”.
That is, one of them breaks through the other and makes its way out.
Indeed, when we are reminded of the first moment of the Big Bang, we see that the spot called the cosmic egg contained all the matters in the universe.
To better understand, the universe can be thought of as the surface of a balloon being inflated.
